1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of successful delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • The item must pass quality inspection after return

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Worn or used jewellery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Strict Policy: Once jewellery is worn, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
  • Supporting photos (if requested)

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Raise a Return Request

  • Unboxing video / photos (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Step 2: Approval Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with approval or rejection.


Step 3: Ship the Product

Once approved:

  • Ship the product to the return address provided by our team
  • Ensure secure packaging to avoid damage in transit
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
  • We currently do not offer reverse pickup

Step 4: Quality Check

After receiving the product, we inspect:

  • Usage condition
  • Damage
  • Packaging integrity

Step 5: Refund or Exchange Processing

  • Refunds will be initiated after inspection approval
  • Exchanges will be dispatched after the returned product passes inspection

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • For personal returns, courier costs are not reimbursed

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently not available
  • Once introduced, COD orders will be refundable subject to this policy

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
  • Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds

  • Reject any return that fails inspection
