Order Processing
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday, are processed on the same day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details
Delivery Locations (Within India Only)
Divinear currently ships within India only.
- We deliver to most major cities across India
- We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns
- Due to the nature of valuable jewellery items, delivery may not be available to some remote or high-risk locations
We are continuously working to expand our delivery network and reduce shipping timelines. Any updates or limitations will be communicated clearly at checkout or via email.

- Free shipping on all domestic orders
- No minimum order value required
Delivery Time
- Orders are dispatched from our nearest warehouse within 3–5 business days, depending on product availability
- After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days
- Total estimated delivery time:
3–10 business days within India (excluding the order placement date)

Delivery Exceptions
- Certain items may be subject to courier restrictions
- In such cases, delivery may take longer or the order may be canceled
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to courier or location constraints, the customer will be informed and a refund will be initiated if applicable
